The Swan House is a beautifully refurbished 5* bungalow with full central heating and all mod-cons. It provides very comfortable four-bedroomed accommodation with an open hearth in the living room. There are two family bathrooms and a separate shower room. It has a good sized lawned garden with flower beds and a south facing terrace, ideal for enjoying the superb views and hopefully the chance to relax in the sun!

ABOUT OUR LOCATION

The house is located on the edge of the Evancoyd estate in the village of Evenjobb. The Swan House has panoramic views out over historic parkland to the beautiful Radnorshire countryside. The local towns of Presteigne, Kington and Knighton are all within 10 mins drive. All offering traditional High Street shopping with butchers, greengrocers, bakers, cafes and pubs. Further afield, Hay-on-Wye, Leominster, Ludlow famous for books, anitques and food respectively.
